"Avoid Animals..."

Right arm = tetanus, typhoid
Left arm = tuberculin skin test, hepatitis A
Declined = influenza, rabies, japanese B encephalitis

Went to the travel clinic today to get vaccinated with Lindsay (she's coming to Thailand also). They wanted to do this thing called a tuberculin skin test where they inject some crap underneath your skin and it might turn into a red bump and then you come back in a couple days so they can look at it. That sounded kind of annoying so I tried to get out of it by telling the nurse that I had already had a tuberculosis vaccine. Result? Instead of getting the injection and coming back in a couple days, I have to get an injection, come back in a couple of days, then come back in a week to get another injection, and then go back two days later. So that means four trips to downtown Edmonton.

Things I've done to prepare for trip:
-got passport
-got digital camera
-got 1 GB compact flash memory card for camera
-got wisdom teeth removed
-got vaccinations

Things I need to do:
-get visa
-get airplane ticket
-get mosquito net
-get laptop hopefully
-health insurance
-baht, traveller's checks
-eat lots of potatoes
-pack
-leave
-oh, almost forgot, pass all my courses and graduate
-prob other stuff which I can't remember and hopefully remember before I leave
